Our client in the region of Maastricht is looking for a new marketing talent! We 're currently searching for a Marketing Assistant with ability to speak fluent German (1 FTE) The Marketing department is part of the commercial organization and its main activities relate to building brand awareness, developing service design and ensuring customer experience that is second to none. Market research and customer surveys are performed to provide detailed insight in market and customers. Activities The Marketing Assistant is working closely together with the Market Manager of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and is working in the field of customer Intelligence. In a nutshell:

• Carrying out marketing related activities in coordination with the market manager;

• Support to optimize our marketing's conversion paths and rates overall and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team;

• Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies;

• Develop vision for analytics architecture and efficient workflow across marketing;

• Design and implement metrics on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness on business impact in dialogue with market management;

• Conduct regular research on other products, competition and market segments in our industry;

• Incorporate Customer Satisfaction Program metrics in marketing metrics;

• Conduct buyer journey research and help to optimize our website, marketing touchpoints and sales;

Job Requirements

The profile

• Bachelor / Master level (Marketing, Business Administration or similar) with some working experience;

• German as a native language;

• Written and verbal communication skills in English at least on B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to convert technical concepts into compelling stories.

• Process driven and able to rely on market and customer data to help making strategic decisions.

• The person we're looking for is outgoing, proactive and a real team player.
